Olga Labai is both a practicing lawyer and trainer, with 18 years of professional experience providing legal advice on both a contentious and non-contentious
basis within the upstream oil and gas sector. Prior to the establishment of OGC, she worked for Sakhalin Energy, the operator of the “Sakhalin-2” project in Russia, operator of the first LNG plant in Russia, and for Weatherford in the Middle East, where she covered all legal issues for Weatherford’s Iraq and Kurdistan operations.
Whilst working for Sakhalin Energy, she developed significant experience in
respect of legal issues relating to Production Sharing Agreements, the negotiation and settlement of principal contracting arrangements (including EPC and FEED arrangements) with third party suppliers and professional consultants.
Larisa has been involved in Learning, Development and Education since 2001. She worked as an Associate Professor in Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in St. Petersburg, and she currently works as a certified facilitator in Learning and Development Sector in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
Larisa is a certified facilitator and provides trainings that cover topics like: Effective Communication Skills, Behavior (Psychometric) Assessment, Presentation Skills, Motivation Skills, Situational Leadership, Effective Customer Relationships, Working Efficiently in Teams, Fundamentals of Finance, Project Management. She is also capable of identifying the training and development needs of departments or organizations then designing training solutions that serve their needs.
Anna Rabotyagova is SAP Certified IT professional with financial accounting and economic background, Bachelor of Business Administration from Maryland University, USA; postgraduate of MBA project management program of Manchester Business School.
Anna has over 20 years’ experience in ERP systems’ upgrade, sustainability and business improvement projects for the world leading companies across the oil and gas industry as Shell, Gazprom JV and Schlumberger. Anna also held position of Applications Department Head and SAP Project manager in market leader in Europe for production and distribution on B2B market of high-quality polymer materials.
